For the past couple of years, I set a personal goal to find and share a song of week on my personal Instagram account for the year of 2022. The final project for my portfolio class was to create “conceptual self promo.” As a result, the concept I came up with was to evolve my personal goal to a more narrowed focus of a song the month.
From there, I made a mockup my of a square booklet with a monthly song labeled with all of the track information, color coded along the side with the gemstone associated with each month, and included a QR code on each page that linked to a corresponding playlist.
